GTA 4 First Thoughts Print E-mail

We are about to fire up GTA 4 at the Fortissimo complex.  So far today the outlay has been around $500.  We needed a new system and downloadable content won out to Microsoft hatred and thusly the XBox 360 was selected. 

Dropped the disc in (chocolate covered raisin one was consumed during load and update time.  Freaking firm-ware update to play the game, must be a serious game.)  The initial cut scenes were pretty fun.  The into is playing right now.  Russian mob?  I've tried to stay as far away fromt he plot to this game as possible.  I just want to take it in as I play.  Cause what this is a 100 hour game right?  

Not being used to the freaking Xbox' 360 controls is killing us.  I know we probably should have got the system a week or two ago to get familarized, but we didn't so that's it we didn't.  

The short and sweet first five minutes I'm loving it.  We'll have to try a few more things then just driving out to let you know what's really happening.  

It's been pretty sweet going to get the system and the game.  Now, its time to strap in and rock.
