The Beijing Olympics start in a few months. These Olympics have been the most contentious since probably the 1980 version in Moscow when the U.S. boycotted because of the Soviet Union's invasion of Afghanistan. This time it isn't just the U.S. who are considering some action on this.

Final Four Thoughts Print E-mail
Written by Drakesax
This year is the first time that all four number one seeds made it to the Final Four and for all intensive purposes the Final Four was still extremely boring.  Leading up to the game I was extremely excited: I had picked up all the appropriate food stuff, had made the requisite beer run, had the big t.v. in play, had consumed an appropriate amount of coffee, all of the pre-requisite items I could think of.  Then  the tip occurred and all of my best laid plans were completely and totally destroyed...

Go WILD! Print E-mail
Written by Jawa

Looks like I have been proved wrong. The lineup that has most worked for the Wild has been the so called "goon" lineup. They don't allow us to be pushed around. We are tougher that last year. Boogaard, Simon, Fedoruk, and Voros make us a better team. When the WIld made the trade for Simon at the trade deadline, I said I would become less interested. In fact, I became more interested. The brand of hockey the Wild play isn't the most exciting. In the end we get more wins out of it. I will be watching every step of the way.

That inner need to dance with two women at all times.  My fears of Richard Bronson looking individuals.  Well, there really is only one explanation...
