Every once in a while magazines, tv shows, and websites will come out with various top lists. For me it was time to rank the greatest 5 athletes to have played for a Minnesota Professional sports team. With that I had to eliminate several great athletes right off the bat. Among them are Dave Winfield, Mike Modano, and Paul Molitor. Yes, all three played for a Minnesota. But they have or had played for another team for the bulk of their careers. My list will include only players that played more than half their career in Minnesota. Here is my top five in no partiuclar order.

The Wild move into first in the Northwest for the night. They beat Colorado 3-1, the third being an empty netter. It was a great game and I'm glad I was able to watch it in HD, thank you VS....

I've been watching all of the conference tournaments this weekend. I know the Wolves need to get bigger and stronger in the front court. It'd be great if we could land a killer point like Rose. We've got some players that may or may not pan out on the present roster. I think it's worth a few gambles to add some killer potential/youth to the front court...
