My take on who I think are the top five professional athletes that played a majority of their careers in Minnesota.
1. Kirby Pucket.
I don’t know a person who doesn’t know who I am talking about when I mention his name.
2. Kevin Garnet
I’ll always think of him as a T-wolf.
3. Johan Santana
Won 2 Cy Young awards, and is now getting real paid!
4. Marian Gaborik
I was too young to remember much of the North Stars, so this is who I think of as a Minnesota hockey player.
Well, I think I’ll just pick four. Turns out I went with my favorite players, which often are the most well known. Oh well.
